Hi Theo, This issue could occur due to issues with Bluetooth or device settings. Please assist me with the following information related to this issue: • What is the make and model of your printer? • What is the model of ASUS laptop? • Have you installed the required drivers for the printer? Check in the device manager if the Bluetooth driver is working properly or not. On the desktop, press Windows Key + R and type devmgmt.msc in the Run Dialog box and press Enter. In the Device Manager window, expand Bluetooth. Right-click on the Adapter and select Properties. In the General tab, under Device Status, check if the device is working properly. You may also check if there is any error message or yellow exclamation mark. Also make sure that you have installed the required printer driver software on your computer. Please follow the methods mentioned below. Method 1: I would suggest you to check if Bluetooth Service is started and set to automatic. Bluetooth Driver Installer - Compatible hardware.
